Structure

"must-do's"

• back beam under the gutter, facing the house, back left, rotting
• west beam (behind the house; under the roof): must be sealed
• consider entire gutter maintenance / replacement
• status: Jan has call in to a roofing and gutter man

"should-do-ASAP"

• second floor deck: scrape and re-paint

"esthetics"

• wooden ties/beams around the yard
• status: Jan will probably pursue this after the roofing and gutters are taken care of
