Linda Heim, our MVTHOA Secretary/Treasurer has officially retired as of December 1st. She has faithfully served our community since 2007. We'd like to thank her for her decades of service and wish her a wonderful retirement. THANK YOU, LINDA!

We did not have any community members wish to take over the position, so we have parceled out some of Linda's jobs to existing board members to streamline duties and have hired Bridget Hamilton with Glacier Beargrass Bookkeeping to take over bookkeeping and other secretarial duties. With our transition, there will be some changes, so please note:

All Dock communications and records will be sent directly to Jeff Heinle, our Docks Department Head. Boat slip rentals and records, remotes for the launch, boat insurance info - anything pertaining to the docks - will now be sent directly to him. Anything pertaining to the Common Area - Direct your calls and inquiries to Gloria Brinkman, our Common Area Department Head. Gloria's number: (406)249-1755 or bbrinkman92.gb@gmail.com.

Pavilion reservations should be made online on our website, www.missionviewterracehoa.org. If you have any issues, contact Mandi Heinle (406) 351-9943 or Mandi@MontanaChick.com.

Bookkeeping Changes - Your annual HOA Assessments will now also be emailed AND YOU CAN PAY THEM ONLINE - or you may send a check like you have in the past. Our PO Box 133 has stayed the same. Our HOA dues will not increase for 2026. 🥳
